How is the enclosure secured to the ground?
Your Estensia enclosure features 2 anchor points on each panels to securely hold in place. The fixing sare quick and easy to attach and detach – yet absolutely strong enough to ensure your Estensia is secure to the ground.

Do you make low level enclosures too?
Yes they are less expensive and are particularly useful if you feel constrained by the proximity of neighbours and do not think a full height enclosure is appropriate. But if you like to relax or walk inside your enclosures full height enclosures is the best solutions.

Does it have to be telescopic?
A fixed enclosure will almost certainly be regarded as a permanent structure and require planning approval. However, fixed structures can be less expensive.

How much surrounding space is required?
If you have enough surrounding space and you wish to walk around or relax inside your enclosure we suggest a minimum of 1.5 mt on long side and a minimum of
2 \ 2.5 mt on short side.

What about Planning Permission?
Usually Planning Permission is not required – though each Council may have its own interpretations. It is an issue that we can look after it for you and the only cost to you is the fee (usually around £300) – should planning approval be required. Approval will almost certainly be required for commercial uses; properties in Conservation Areas; height and proportion of size to garden may also raise issues.

What about Building Regulations?
The relevant issues relate to fire resistance and exposure to wind and snow. Estensia is designed to comply with all UK Building Regulations.

Who makes the installation?
We work closely with our UK partners who are fully trained in Estensia installation. The more complex installations will also benefit from the presence of one of our senior technical engineers from Italy. What about air-heating and motorised opening and closure Both these options can be installed either on order or later. The motorised opening and closure is more frequently considered for larger commercial sites. Solar panels will provide the battery charging for the operating system . Likewise, school and sports clubs’ swimming pools may favour the air heating option.

What guarantee do you offer?
- 10 years against breaking of the structure.
- 10 years on paint finish and polycarbonate panels
- 2 years on components and accessorizes.

What maintenance might I expect?
From time to time your Estensia will need some maintenance and will benefit from an occasional highpressure hosing or a visit from your window cleaner. Instructions and maintenance manuals are always provided.
